One thing I do feel is that Windows 10 (generally) is a "work in progress". The fact that removing Google Toolbar seems to fix the problem kinda tells me that's where the trouble lies.Contrary to your experience I find Edge causes more issues than IE11. and I thought I had done a reboot on this computer when what I really did was something called refresh the computer. My own opinion is that it is Microsoft's way of forcing everyone to leave IE 11 and go to Edge.
