The only person I know who's got it is my Taiwanese friend who has his PC in EN_US. No I wasn't aware there was such a program beyond the built in windows updater.. your detailed steps helped me in getting the icon in my system tray. You kind of have to go through a trial and error thing to get the thing to work, but eventually it will find it's way to make everything work.
