Unfortunately I do not have the CD which you have mentioned, and even if I did have it I wouldn't be able to use it. Nope the recycle bin still shows nothing. Please read the entire post & the comments first, create a System Restore Point before making any changes to your system & be careful about any 3rd-party offers while installing freeware. But other users still have their files there.

IIRC there was an article that stated that there are actually 2 copies of any deleted file.
etc? In fact it is not there on any of my drives. One in the recycle bin that you see and one that you dont see.The other copy is for file undelete, in case of a mistake.I usually shred my files from the Move slider to, say,10% for each drive.
