Recycle Bin Icon Not Refreshing Windows 10


I'm not promising this will work for you, but what have you got to lose, right?J. If the INFO file is deleted, everything in the recycle bin cannot be seen, and in cleanup utilites it will say the recycle bin is empty. Otherwise I'm at a loss.
